Joining the beta

Freely is in beta. Request access and we’ll email you when TestFlight invitations are available. A saved request is not an invitation or a guaranteed place.

Tell us what happened

Include the app version and build from Settings, your iPhone model, iOS version, what you did and what you expected. Redact financial details in screenshots. Please do not attach a full backup, API key or bank credentials. If you already have Freely in TestFlight, you can also use Send Beta Feedback there.

Keep a backup

Use Settings → Export backup before changing devices, replacing an installation or deleting the app. Restore previews the saved currency and replaces your workspace. Keep the previous export until you have checked your restored records. Freely currently has no cloud sync or account recovery service.

A payment is missing

Check History → Needs review and Settings → Payment imports, then your Shortcuts automation. A Wallet tap may not provide enough information to record a purchase and does not verify settlement. You can add the payment manually; check for a captured duplicate later.

A price did not update

Check the quote or rate date and its error message. Unsupported symbols, closed markets, provider limits or an offline connection can leave valuations unchanged. Manual prices and rates remain available. Reference exchange rates may differ from your bank’s rate. Updates do not change your entered units or purchase-time exchange rate.

A new budget period

Budgets cover exact dates and do not roll forward automatically. Select your next period on Overview and create its budget. Daily allowance is a budget calculation; it is not a bank balance or confirmation of affordability.

Tax estimates

Tax tools cover supported Dutch/EUR/2026 freelance cases. Incomplete or unsupported facts need review. GBP Personal does not include UK tax. Freely does not submit tax returns or replace professional advice.
